The user profile has to be deleted and recreated to get Citrix to work again. Then in breaks in weeks for dozens of users. Hi Chris, did you ever find a resolve for this issue other than making a new user every few weeks? My experience is that once there are many files in the AppData, Citrix will break. Reading this post led me to believe that most of my users attempted Per-user installs and thats why AppData was populated and also why it broke. Method 2 worked for me after clean up tool and going through the reg and deleting all traces of citrix. I am getting below error form previously deployed shortcut icons.
